Erica Lounder
Hello everyone!! My name is Erica, and my husband is Justin Lounder who is an upcoming 2nd year. We moved here from San Antonio, Texas and are enjoying the small town living for the time being. Last year I was a student liaison, which was an amazing experience and allowed me to get involved in the SAA and get to know so many other spouses at DCOM. I truly believe that my involvement with SAA got me through my first year as a med-school spouse as well as the relocation to Harrogate. Some things about me, I enjoy being outdoors, scrapbooking, getting together with friends, and exploring new areas. We are also expecting our first child in August!

Hi!
My name is Heather and my husband, Michael, is a first year. We are
originally from the beautiful coast of North Carolina! Prior to moving
to Tennessee, I was a high school math teacher and he was a nurse. I am
now a work from home mom! I teach online and take care of our sweet
son, John. When I'm not working or running after a newly mobile infant,
I love walking and bake! I look forward to working with SAA and
meeting new people!

Shelley Wieting
I'm Shelley Wieting and was raised in Texas as the child of a career Army officer. I met my husband, Mike, and moved to Oklahoma. We have been married going on 30 years. I work full time as an Assistant Professor in the Nursing school at LMU. I've been involved with the AAOA and SAA since Mike was a student. I'm a past national President of the AAOA and served two terms as SAA president in Oklahoma school while Mike was a student. We don't have any children but two cats graciously allow us to live with them. I have been the faculty advisor for DCOM SAA since the school opened in 2007, and was previously the advisor for SAA at Michigan State University. Mike is a physiatrist, or a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PMandR).
