This week, we do not have a lot going on, but, what we do have going on will be nice and relaxing.

On Monday afternoon from 11:15-1:45, we will be at school selling t-shirts and other fundraisers. So, if you haven’t seen our blankets, t-shirts, golf towels, or ornaments, please stop by or send your significant other. These items will make great Christmas gift for any of your family members!

**If you have already ordered items from the White Coat, we will also have those orders ready with the exception of ornaments and Polos. Those are currently on Backorder and should be coming in next week.

Election Day is Tuesday – Don’t Forget to Vote!

Saturday night we will be having a Movie Night at Middlesboro Theatre. We will meet at the Theatre about 25 minutes before the movie starts. Check back on Monday to see what movie we will see and the specific time. Even if you are not interested in this particular movie, please come and perhaps some other individuals will share your opinion and you all can go see a different movie together.

Halloween Activities

Hi Guys! We had a great time at the Convention and we gathered a lot of new information and ideas that hopefully we can use with our SAA. I tried to post the information about the children’s party but, we didn’t have access to the internet unless we wanted to spend a good deal of money…it’s Vegas, they want all your money.
So, here are the details. The Family Halloween Gathering will be from 5-9pm at the Town Hall in the Gap. From what I gather, the firemen are going to pass out candy and have some activities that the kids can participate. Also, they have set it up so the kids can go trick-or-treating in the Gap after they are finished at the Fire Station. It sounds like a fun time! Please Join Us if you can.
On the other hand, The Adult party will begin at 9:00 at the UNC in the Gap. In case you could not attend the last meeting or have forgotten, it too is a costume party but only for adults. The UNC was already throwing their big Halloween Bash so we are just joining in. Other people from other places will probably be there, but come join the party for some fun with other SAA’s, students and locals.

Meeting & Study Break

Hello!!!

I just wanted to let you know that there is a meeting at the school this Thursday night. We will eat dinner at 6:30pm and start the meeting at 7:00. This meeting will be a potluck so bring something to share. Childcare will be provided. At our meeting we will discuss:

Also, we have also studied a Study Break for Thursday. If you would not mind bringing something extra with you to the meeting for the students, we will distribute it after the meeting.

Our Yard Sale is on Saturday. Please let me know either through a post or e-mail what time you want to work. It will start at 7am and be held at my house. We will need people to put up signs before hand as well. I know it's early but it's for a good cause....our cause. If you need to drop something off you are more than welcome to do so anytime. You can either put it on my front porch or my back porch if I am not home. E-mail me to get directions.

Wine & Cheese

Alright guys and gals! It's time for our Wine and Cheese. It will be tomorrow at Megan's House @ 7:00. Directions to her house from Harrogate are as follows:

Don't Forget! Bring Your favorite Wine...Any wine and we will provide the cheese. It is just a social event so do not feel compelled not to come if you don't drink wine. Trust me, I won't be drinking along with a few other people. We hope to see you there.
